Her Voice in Photos is a participatory photography project for women in midlife. It offers a guided space to reflect, create personal images, and, if they choose, share a small curated set through a digital frame gallery placed in community settings or online. The project centers reflection, resilience, and privacy, giving women a way to be seen on their own terms.

How does it work?
Take Photos
Take photos that reflect your lived experience. The process begins with noticing a challenge and naturally shifts toward moments of strength or resilience as you keep going. No photography experience needed.
Share Your Narrative
Write a short caption for each photo to explore what it brings up for you. The captioning deepens reflection and can also be used if you choose to share your images.
Choose Your Visibility
Select your preferred level of visibility. You can keep your images private or include them in the curated digital frame exhibition shown in community spaces and online.
